I work individually with people to reduce their stress, to attain a greater sense of self, and to access their natural capacity to live rich, full lives.  It’s humbling and a privilege to work with people on their journey.

In 1994, I personally experienced the power of Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), to help me change my life for the better and open up new horizons. 

That experience, coupled with my desire to share this profound work with others, inspired me to create a practice that strengthens people by using gentle mind-body integration techniques that honor and maintain their innate health on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.

Over time, my interest in health has introduced me to many modalities that all have one important commonality:  trust in the body-mind’s ability to heal.  

My professional training in this area includes:  Neuro Emotional Technique, Ancestral Lineage Healing, Systemic Family Constellations Faciltiation (Hellinger), Nutritional Counseling, Somatic Attachment, Somatic Experiencing, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Chiropractic, Homeopathy, Psychosynthesis Counseling, Psychosynthesis Coaching and Transpersonal approaches to health and healing.

This practice is Trauma Informed and welcoming to those with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Neurodiversity and members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities.

Community

I also believe in giving back to my community. Since 2016 I have been volunteering as a Holistic Practitioner for the Lyme Disease Resource Center in Northampton, Massachusetts.

For over 4 years I was a Service Provider for TheResiliency Program at Soldier On, Leeds, Massachusetts.  Soldier On is a residency and recovery program for homeless Veterans.
